Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high volume postal carriers are experiencing during this time, deliveries may be delayed up to 1 - 2 weeks from the times noted below. We are still fulfilling and sending out orders Monday - Friday but packages may take longer than usual to arrive. Thank you for your patience.

WITHIN CANADA

We ship for free anywhere in Canada on orders over CAN$100+ (before tax). For orders of CAN$100 or less, a flat shipping charge of CAN$7 will be applied.

SHIPPING TIMES

All Kavana products are shipped from Toronto, CA via Canada Post. Orders are fulfilled and shipped within two days of original order date, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 14-20 business days for delivery.  Our top priority is the health and safety of our customers.  Please note, due to COVID-19:

  • Processing times may be delayed. Processing times are generally within 3-5 business days* in Canada, 7-14 to the United States, although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

OUTSIDE CANADA AND THE US

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping but do hope we are able to do so in the future!

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE YET?

Please allow 14 business days for delivery of package. If the order still hasn't arrived within this time period, email us at care@kavanacare.com and we will be happy to look into the issue further on a case-to-case basis.

If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided during checkout, or cannot be delivered due to reasons outside of Canada Post's control, we are unfortunately not able to refund or resend the order.

WITHIN THE US

We ship for free anywhere in the US on orders over USD $100 (before tax). Excludes Alaska and Puerto Rico. For orders of USD$100 or less, a flat shipping charge of USD$20 will be applied. No customs fees will apply upon arrival of the package.
